Fee Details
The registration fee covers full participation in the meeting, including the following meals and breaks: an evening reception on September 28th; breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and evening reception on September 29th; and breakfast, morning break, and lunch on September 30th.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please send a request to ercbiennial@asee.org. All cancellations made by September 7, 2026 will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellation requests made after September 7 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.​​​​​​​​
Hotel Reservations
​All 2026 ERC Biennial Meeting activities will be held at the Westin Alexandria Old Town Hotel in Alexandria, VA. Click the following link to book your room through our discounted government room rate.

To participate fully in the meeting, please check in on September 28th and check-out on September 30th. Your room should be booked no later than September 7, 2026. We recommend booking your room early.
